I love your work, has a special touch for me ... i started to support your work. Usually i buy using itch.io web but had some money keep in steam and bought this pack "School Horror" there, but when i download it this pack not was full, i think the archive in Steam is not complete like here:

This asset is not included in steam pack.
So i explain it to Steam support departament that the game ("dlc") is not complete and i want a refund then buy directly here to you. Then they answer me "you up more than 2 hours using", obviously because i was working in my RPG MV proyect adn this archive is inside it.... so i want to know if is possible get these archives for free because i dont wanna pay two times for the same asset caused by the desync in archives between plataforms, i prefer spend money in another asset from you.
